Latin Market Taqueria: Authentic Mexican Flavors in Mammoth Lakes

What a hidden gem in Mammoth! We got a really great breakfast burrito on a rainy day and it's so unassuming. You walk in and it just looks like a small little market at first, then you walk further and there's the kitchen, then you turn the corner and there's a small room you can actually eat in! So cute and quaint. I'm definitely coming back. The service was nice as well. No complaints!

Finally found my spot. One of the best burritos I've ever had, better than any burrito I've ever had in Los Angeles. It was super hefty and I was very full after, came with beans and onions. And two salsas. You can take it to go or eat inside or outside at the little bar or outside the tables, three different places to eat your food. Super fast. Super cost effective and incredible quality. I'll be coming back!!! Oh and finally a place that has actually super hot peppers, that green pepper was incredibly hot but I love hot food so if you don't maybe don't eat it LOL.

The most authentic and delicious Mexican food in Mammoth. This is a great place to buy ingredients and groceries that you can’t find at a normal grocery store. The staff is very kind and prices are very fair. Highly recommend eating here.

This place is STILL the goat...been coming here for years. When I'm in Mammoth this is the only calories I consume now, their meals are so well priced and it's also some of the best Latin American food I've ever had (and I've had A LOT) Experiment with the menu, everything is amazing. Since it's a grocery store there's also no tax, win!?! This place is the only inflation proof thing I've experienced in years, I love it.

If you know good food, you’ll know this place is the real deal. The dishes are well-seasoned, made with high-quality ingredients, and clearly cooked with love. It’s better than most “fine dining” spots in Mammoth, and that’s not said lightly. The people are wonderful, and the food was so good we went back two nights in a row. Buon provecho!

Good selection of meats for burritos, tacos , tortas....etc All good tasting. Very fair prices. My favorite was the cabeza burrito. Family enjoyed carne asada burritos and chicken tortas. Elotes was so-so. Awesome service Family atmosphere. Will definitely be ordering here every time we are in Mammoth. Almost forgot delicious grilled onions and Serrano peppers. Salsa just passable.

If you want delicious homemade mexican food this is the spot. I had the fried shrimp tacos and the quesa bierria tacos combo they were deliciosos. My co worker had the shrimp burrito and said it was really good. The staggering are really welcoming and polite. Decently excellent. 5 starts.

Perfect after mountain meal/snack. Tacos are 10/10 and affordable. Probably gonna come back again before we leave since it’s the best tasting thing I’ve eaten in mammoth. Recommend the asada and marinated beef.
